Escape Your Darkness through an Inner Pursuit of Happiness

Discover Integrated Self-Realization

Integrated Self-Realization is a transformative journey to unite all aspects of your personality—conscious and unconscious—into a cohesive, authentic self. By embracing your unique talents, values, and experiences, you can live with purpose, inner peace, and a deep sense of fulfillment, free from the burdens of addiction and trauma.

A Path to Wholeness

Integrated Self-Realization empowers you to understand and accept your true nature, fostering a sense of completeness. Through self-awareness and exploration of the unconscious, this approach helps you overcome substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, guiding you toward a meaningful, balanced life.

Inspired by Proven Practices

Rooted in Carl Jung’s Individuation and Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems, Integrated Self-Realization combines therapeutic methods to address addiction and trauma. This multifaceted approach supports personal growth, helping you align with your authentic self for lasting recovery.

Live Authentically and Thrive

Achieve inner peace and purpose through Integrated Self-Realization. By integrating all facets of your psyche and embracing self-acceptance, this process enables you to navigate life confidently, express your true self, and build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

Feeling overwhelmed and struggling to keep going? Are you using alcohol, or other things, just trying to survive another day?

To live is to suffer; to find meaning in that suffering is survival. Let’s do more than just find meaning, let’s find a purpose to life and rise above the suffering. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, listening to our ‘shadow self’ while learning the source of our pain.

I promote behavioral transformation by redirecting the damage of pain to a force of positive growth, adopting new attitudes and reactions to life. I provided knowledge, tools, and techniques to guide you into this light, helping you see beauty again.

CHARTING THE COURSE OF RECOVERY

In addiction recovery, the Integrated Self-Realization approach employs the phenomenon of synchronicity to serve as channel markers in our lives, guiding us through deceptively calm waters. These meaningful coincidences experienced though synchronicity act as beacons, revealing the safe, unobstructed channel while helping us avoid submerged obstacles and hidden dangers that can run your journey aground. By living authentically and staying attuned to these synchronistic signs, you navigate life’s challenges with clarity, steering toward a path of purpose, fulfillment, and lasting joy.

PATH: Programmed Approach To Happiness

PATH (Programmed Approach To Happiness) is a streamlined adaptation of the book, "Inner Pursuit of Happiness: A Survival Guide to the Other Side of Darkness", written for individuals seeking freedom from addiction and trauma’s shadows. This text has been condensed into PATH allowing use as a support group-ready resource. Rooted in the same Integrated Self-Realization approach, PATH continues the use of Carl Jung’s 'Individuation' process along with Internal Family Systems therapy to heal childhood wounds and the resulting personality disorder traits, which often drive addictive behaviors. Designed for co-occurring disorder individuals, it offers a practical, peer-supported journey toward self-discovery and lasting recovery.
